Reverse Raffle Fundraiser Procedure

Get ready for an exciting night on April 26, 2025! We will be drawing the winning tickets in six tranches, with amazing prizes up for grabs. The last ticket of each tranche will be a winner, so make sure you're in it to win it! Plus, enjoy a casino event from 7-10pm with a chance to win mystery envelopes filled with prepaid gift cards. The tickets will be drawn in six tranches. The last ticket of each tranche will be a winner.

The first tranche will be one (1) ticket. The purchaser of this ticket will win a $500 gift card.
The second tranche will be 20% of the remaining tickets, up to 39. The final ticket drawn in this tranche will win a $1,000 prepaid card.
The third tranche will be 25% of the remaining tickets. The final ticket drawn in this tranche will also win a $1,000 prepaid card.
The fourth tranche will be 1/3 of the remaining tickets. The final ticket drawn in this tranche will win a $1,000 prepaid card. as well.
The fifth tranche will be 1/2 of the remaining tickets. The last ticket of this tranche will win the fourth $1,000 gift card.
The final tranche will consist of all the remaining tickets. The final ticket drawn during the evening will win the grand prize of a $2,500 prepaid card.

After the second, third, and fourth tranches there will be a break during which you will be able to purchase additional tickets (if any are still available) or pay a fee to have your non-winning ticket put back in the hopper. The price for additional tickets and to have your tickets put back will increase throughout the evening.

At any of these breaks, as well as at any time after the fifth tranche, you can sell your ticket to another attendee or purchase another attendee's ticket. By law (Texas Occupations Code Sec. 2002.0541(d)), this must be brokered through Northwest Rotary Charitable Fund, Inc., which must retain 10% of the sale proceeds.

It is not required that you be present to win, but if you are not in attendance, you will be unable to purchase additional tickets, have your non-winning tickets put back, or sell your tickets to or purchase tickets from another attendee.

Throughout the night, tickets will be sold for a separate 50/50 raffle will be sold. At the end of the night, one ticket will be picked and will win approximately 1/2 of the total collected as prepaid gift cards. Must be present to win.

There will be a casino event from 7-10pm while the raffle drawing is happening. You will receive a ticket for 1,000 chips when you arrive. More chips will be available for purchase throughout the event. At the end of the night, you will receive one ticket for each 1,000 chips, or part thereof, that you have. There will be a drawing for several mystery envelopes, which will have $50 to $250 of prepaid gift cards in them.
